Mini Bananas

Does your grocery store have the baby bananas? Pick 'n Save has them and at first I thought they were ridiculous. They're about as long as my middle finger and a little bigger round than my thumb. Seriously, my kids would need three to count as a serving. I figured we'd get them for the novelty of it and then be done with the begging at the grocery store. (I shouldn't complain that my kids beg for fruit and veggies but as a result of this begging we have baby bananas, a pineapple, and a personal watermelon on the counter right now.) Tonight I had a brief stroke of genius and came up with the perfect use for baby bananas, KIDDIE BANANA SPLITS! Take one peeled baby banana, three mini scoops of ice cream (the Pampered Chef mini cookie scoop worked perfectly), and toppings to create the perfect kid size banana splits. Maybe I could market these...
