Part of moving means finding new free family activities. One that the kids and I checked out this week is only about nine block from our house. The splash pad is a giant sprinkler area at a city park. There are about a dozen different places that water squirts and sprays. The kids can turn on the different sprinklers that run on a timer for about five minutes so it's an on demand play area. The kids think we should go back daily. I can't promise that, but we will hit the splash pad a few more times this summer. Anybody want to come splash with us?
